How to Use Class Points

Managing Students

• Add a Student: Click on the "Enter student name" field, type a name, and press Enter or click "Add Student."
• Remove a Student: Click the X icon on a student’s card to remove the student.
• Update Student Points: Click the ❤️, +5, or +10 buttons next to a student’s name to increase their points. You can also enter a number manually, or use "-" to spend points.
• Customize Avatars: Click the settings icon (three dots) on a student’s card to modify their avatar features, including face shape, accessories, and colors.

Quick Actions Bar

• Search: Use the search box to search for a student by name. Click "Clear" to clear the search.
• Bulk Update Points: Select multiple students by clicking their avatars or names, then use the bulk +1, +5, or +10 buttons at the bottom to update all selected students.
• Celebrate: Click "🎉 Celebrate!" to launch confetti and recognize achievements!
• Select/Deselect All: Use the "🔘 Select..." button to quickly toggle selection for all students.
• Sort Students: Use "↕️ Sort" then "🔠 by Name" to arrange students alphabetically or "↕️ Sort" then "🏅 by Score" to order them by points.

Class Actions

• Click the hamburger icon (☰) on the class card for more options.
• Login/Signup: Click "👤 Login/Signup" to enable cloud save. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address with a login link and code.
• Logout: Click "👤 Logout" to disable cloud save and load. Student and class details will not be cleared.
• Backup & Restore: Click "⬇️ Export" to download student data as a CSV file. Click "⬆️ Import" to restore data from a CSV file.
• Cloud Sync: Click "🔄 Cloud Sync" to start automatically saving student points to the cloud.
• Class Photo: Click "📸 Class Photo" to enter class photo mode. Print with no margin and backgrounds enabled for best results. Click the "X" to exit.
• Reset all points Click "💣 Reset Points" to set all selected students' scores back to zero. If no students are selected, it resets all students.
• Clear class Click "🧹 Clear class" to remove all students from the class.
